Prepperly provides AI-powered meal planning, recipe management, grocery list generation, and nutritional estimation tools. All food and pricing suggestions are informational and should not replace professional advice.
3. Not medical or financial advice
Prepperly is a technology provider offering dietary planning software. It does not provide formal medical care, clinical diagnosis, or regulated financial advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
5. Intellectual property
All content, software, and materials available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Prepperly Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prepperly Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
